Sean P. Murphy - Of Counsel

Sean P. Murphy joined The Head Law Firm, PLC, as an Of Counsel attorney in December 2022.

Sean is a lifelong resident of the Metro Detroit area. After graduating first in his class and summa cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Sean worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justice Stephen J. Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court. This experience allowed Sean to work alongside some of the brightest legal minds in the State of Michigan, and it allowed him to learn how courts operate from the top down. Following his clerkship, Sean then worked for several local law firms to hone his craft. Throughout his career, Sean has represented individuals and businesses of all sizes in courts throughout Michigan, and he has been able to achieve tremendous results for his clients.

Sean's practice areas include business, real estate, civil litigation, probate, estates and trust administration, estate planning, securities, and construction law. He is licensed to practice law in courts throughout Michigan and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
